Some users of the Visma Sign service have experienced a delay in the completion of signatures due to exceptionally high signature volumes. Signature completion can take several minutes, but in most cases the signature is normally completed in the background.
Our development team is currently investigating this issue and we will update this announcement as we receive more information or as the problem is resolved.
