During spring 2025, our support will operate with limited opening hours. You can find the detailed schedule below.

Easter holiday opening hours:

On Thursday, April 17, our customer service is open until 2 PM.

We are closed on Friday, April 18th, and Monday, April 21st.

Customer service will be temporarily closed from April 22 to April 24:

To enhance the quality and efficiency of our customer service, we are carrying out internal development work. As a result, our customer service will be closed from Tuesday to Thursday, April 22–24.

Other holiday closures:

We will be closed on May Day (May 1) and Ascension Day (May 29).
