Visma Sign Forms is getting an upgrade
Visma Sign Forms will be renewed on Saturday 17 October 2026. With this update, we're refreshing the look of forms and improving their functionality. The change applies to all forms created in Visma Sign.

Please note that during the update, Visma Sign Forms will be unavailable on 17 October from approximately 15:00 to 20:00 (Finnish time). During this time, forms can't be used or signed. All other Visma Sign features, including signing invitations, will work normally during the update.

What's improving?

• Building forms is now faster and simpler
• New field options
• Your form templates and their fill-in links can be found directly in your Visma Sign account
• Multiple people can now edit forms
• More options to personalise the visual look, and you can add a PDF attachment already while building the form
• An activity log that lets you track actions taken on a form template

Good to know before the change
You don't need to do anything right away. However, if you've used Visma Sign Forms, you'll notice these two things right after the update:

• Your organisation's form templates will be gathered into a single view based on user group, so you'll also see forms created by your colleagues.
• The look of your existing forms will update automatically. The content stays the same.
