*SOLVED* Interference situation at the service 14.12.2023

The Visma Sign service has been experiencing slowness from around 8am on 14 December for the user interface and signing, this also affects the in-product customer service chat service. The issue is being investigated and we will update the release as the fix progresses.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause!

UPDATE 14.12.2023 at 12:04 pm The most acute and most impactful problems have been fixed and the service is now working normally, but there may still be some slowness. We are still investigating the situation and will update the announcement as the investigation progresses.

UPDATE 14.12.2023 15:31 The disruption has been resolved and Visma Sign service operates again as normal.
