Maintenance break in the Visma Sign service on Saturday 20.4. between 15.00 and 18.00 EEST

Visma Sign will undergo maintenance on Saturday 20 April between 15:00 and 18:00 EEST. During the maintenance break, the Sign service is unavailable. The estimated duration for the downtime is three hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the maintenance work.


22.4.2024 We were able to pinpoint an issue in our network configuration and fix it on Saturday 20th April between 15:00 and 16:09. We expect to see considerable improvements but are still closely following the performance of the system.

Vi som sitter med en hel del årsredovisningar som ska signeras får panik när ni inte kan hitta felen. Det kommer fortfarande upp som Error för mina kunder och går inte att signera. När kan detta vara åtgärdat??

This particular issue was caused by the disturbance situation that we had in Visma Sign earlier. Now that the issue has been fixed, I recommend that you recreate the invitations. If you experience any challenges with the new invitations and signing is not working normally, could you please contact our support team at hjalp.sign@visma.com.
