Visma Sign has a regular monthly service window on the last Tuesday of every month. The system will be offline between 21:00 - 23:00 EET for updates and maintenance, which support the security and stable performance of the platform. Changes to the monthly cadence can occur due to public holidays which coincide with the service window, and these changes will be communicated in advance. In August - December 2025, the service windows will be as follows:
