The company`s admin user can change the subscription at settings -> billing -> subscriptions. The changed subscription will take effect at the beginning of the following calendar month. When the subscription is changed, all the company`s admin users will get an email about the change.
When exchanging a subscription, please check that your billing information is up to date. It is possible to change the billing information from the same view. From this page you can also find who last changed the subscription and which subscription the company has selected.
