By default, the signer’s signature is saved in the document without information about any company or person being represented. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to obtain information about the company or representation rights. If this is the case, select signatures via an organization. Likewise, if acting on behalf of a person as a custodian, do the same. Details of the person represented are added when signing.
When you select this function, a blue action icon will appear next to the signer. You can toggle the function on or off for various signers by clicking the action icon.
