When an organization sets up its first Visma Sign form, the administrator needs to enable the service connection for the webform within the account settings.


Instructions for approving the service connection:

1. Click the Create Form -button, which will take you to the form editor.

2. Do not construct the form yet. Instead, proceed further by clicking the Next -button at the bottom of the page. Continue until you receive a notification regarding the approval of the software connection (ensure any mandatory fields are filled out).

3. Close the Forms tab.

4. Return to your Visma Sign account and navigate to Settings -> Integrations.

5. Approve the Forms connection.
