You can register for Visma Sign free of charge through our registration page. Currently, registration is available for individuals who have a strong authentication method from one of the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or the Netherlands. Each country has its own supported identification methods, and users can choose the one that suits them best during registration. Your physical location does not matter as long as you have access to one of the accepted strong identification methods from these countries.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you've confirmed your email address, all signature requests sent to that address will appear in one place under the "Received invitations" section. You can later update the email address used as your username by clicking My information in the top right corner and then selecting Edit contact information.
Each user can only have one account in Visma Sign. If you’ve previously registered and attempt to sign up again, the system will recognize you via strong authentication and redirect you to your existing account. If you use a different email address than before during re-registration, your old email address will be replaced with the new one, which will then be used as your login. No duplicate accounts will be created.
Please note that credentials are always personal and should not be shared with others.
There are no separate credentials for company accounts. If you are granted access to a company account and accept the user invitation, you can access the company account by logging into the service with your personal credentials and navigating to the company account view via the top-right corner. Personal and company environments are completely separate but are managed with the same login credentials.
If you don’t see the company account you’re looking for in the role menu, ask the company account’s admin to add you as a user. The administrator can do this via Settings > Users > + Add new user.
