Every Visma Sign user can choose their own interface language. The interface is available in Finnish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish. When a user receives an invitation to become a company user, the invitation language determines the language in which the interface opens upon login. However, the user can change the language from the language menu at the bottom of the screen. The language remains the same even if the user logs out of the service temporarily.

Signers can also change the service language in the same way, regardless of the language chosen for the invitation. Changing the language does not affect the document signature annotations.

The signer can also use a different language in the interface than the country of the identification tool they are using.
