Why doesn’t the code from the authenticator app work when signing in?
The code usually doesn’t work because the wrong authentication app is being used. Make sure you open the app that your account is linked to — for example, Google Authenticator. If you use a different app, its codes will not work for this login. If you’re unsure which app your account is linked to, try the codes from the authenticator apps you have installed and use the one that works.
How can I change the language in Visma Connect?
You can change the language of the Visma Connect interface under the Account section by clicking the pencil icon.
How can I change my login credentials?
Once you’ve connected your account to Visma Connect, you can manage or change your login credentials from the Visma Connect management page. You can also access this page through Visma Sign by signing in, selecting My details from the top right corner, and clicking Manage your Visma Connect account. Then, click the pencil icon to edit your credentials.
