How are signatures charged from organization account service packages?

Signatures are charged from the organization's signature package based on how many signatures are obtained from invitations sent through the organization account. The charge is not based on the number of documents or the number of invitations sent.

For example, you send four invitations through the organization account, two of which receive a signature and two invitations expire. Only the completed signatures are deducted from the signature balance, and invitations that do not receive a signature are returned to the signature balance.

A signature is not charged if the invitation is canceled, for example, because it was not signed by the deadline, or if the invitation is manually canceled before signing.

Invitations sent through the organization account can also use sms invitations. Sms messages sent from the service are charged separately at €0.20 each (vat 0%).

If you are creating an invitation and see the text "You do not have enough signatures to use" you are in your personal view. If you intend to send signatures through the organization account, please first switch to the organization account via the role menu in the upper right corner.
