It is possible to make copies of the form, either by creating a copy for yourself or sharing it with someone else. When you make a copy of the form, all the form fields and texts you have added are automatically copied to the new form. Creating a copy does not affect the original form. Making a copy is useful in the following situations:
- You want to create the same form in a different language or you want to create another very similar form
- You want to save the form under another organization account
- You want to give editing rights of the form to another user (this can only be done by making a copy)
How to create a copy for yourself
1. Open the form to be copied with the edit link
2. Click the Actions button
3. Click the Make a copy button
4. A copy of the form is created immediately, and you can now save the form to completion in the same way as you would save a new form.
How to share a copy with someone else
1. Open the form to be copied with the edit link
2. Click the Actions button
3. Click the Share a copy button
4. Please enter the email of the person you want to share the form copy with, and add a message if desired.
5. Click the Send share message button.
The copied form always has a different fill link than the original form, so if the new copied form replaces the old one, please remember to also change the form fill link and/or iFrame code if the form is embedded on a website.
