How can I terminate a company's account subscription?
The account admin can terminate the company's Visma Sign subscription in settings under the subscription tab.
If you terminate the subscription, your organisation account will be closed and you or anyone else in your organisation can no longer have access to the account. All your organisation’s documents should be downloaded before the account closes, as they will be deleted after that in accordance with the data deletion policy. When you end your subscription, all active connections from Visma sign to other services will be terminated.
You can cancel your subscription independently if your company has the Basic, Professional, or Business package. If, on the other hand, you have the Enterprise package, please contact our customer service at support.sign@visma.com.
What is the notice period for a monthly subscription?
Monthly licenses have a one-month notice period. The notice period starts at the end of the calendar month in which the account was terminated.
What is the notice period for an annual subscription?
Annual subscriptions, on the other hand, must be cancelled before the start of the new subscription period to avoid automatic renewal. If you wish to cancel a yearly subscription in the middle of the contract period and close your account immediately, please contact customer service. Please note that an annual subscription will be billed for the whole year at the beginning of the subscription period. If a subscription is cancelled before the end of the subscription period, no refunds can be given for invoices incurred in advance, and terminating the subscription in the middle of the period does not affect billing.

How do I change the subscription of my company account?
The organization's admin user can change the account's license at Settings > Subscription. The changed license will take effect at the beginning of the following calendar month. Whenever the subscription is changed, the company’s admin users will be notified of the change by email.

There are four different licenses available for organization accounts as monthly or annual subscriptions: Basic, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Basic is the smallest and simplest package, while Enterprise is the most comprehensive package with the most features.
