To join a company’s Visma Sign account, you must first receive an invitation from the account administrator. Once you have received the invitation by email, follow the instructions below.
1. Check your email: You will receive an invitation email sent by your company's administrator.
2. Open the email and click the link in the message.
3. Register or Login:This is the most important step. Choose the option that fits your situation and follow the correct instruction:
- If you are a NEW user (you do not have a Visma Sign account yet):
- Click "Register" on the page.
- Fill in your details (email, phone number, and password) to create an account.
- Proceed to step 4.
- If you ALREADY have a Visma Sign account (personal or linked to another company):
- Click "Login".
- Enter your existing credentials (username and password).
- Log in. After this, you are ready, and the new company account will appear in the role menu in the top right corner.
4. Click "I accept the special conditions and general terms of the Visma Sign service".
5. Verify your identity with strong authentication by clicking the "Register" button.
