If you encounter issues when filling out the Visma Sign web form and moving to strong authentication for signing, first verify that the email addresses you entered on the form are correct. Also, ensure that the personal id you entered on the form matches the personal id that is returned to the service during authentication, for example, through bank credentials.
Often, signing is more successful when using a different browser or device. The signature process can be disrupted by browser settings, such as blocking pop-up windows, which can prevent the signature from proceeding normally. Therefore, try filling out and signing the form using another browser or device if you encounter challenges with signing.
Note that the form window or tab must remain open throughout the authentication process – do not close it until the authentication in the other tab is completed.
If the attachments added to the form are not in a supported file format, Visma Sign may not be able to process them. In this case, it is advisable to save the attachments again in PDF format in the following way:
- Open the file in an Internet browser
- Click the Print option from the browser
- From the printer menu, select the "Save as pdf" option and save the new file
- Attach the newly saved file to the form
