What can I do in the Open Invitations section?

When you move from the main menu to the Open invitations section, you can see all the successfully created documents that are still missing signatures. In the organization account view, the "Open invitations" section shows the open invitations for documents located in folders to which the user has at least read rights

If you do not see the invitations for the document you created in the open invitations section, it is possible that the document creation failed. In this case, we recommend following the instructions found in the help article Asiakirjan luominen ja kutsujen lähettäminen epäonnistuu.

In the open invitations section, you can:

• Nähdä kaikkien tilillä olevien avoimien kutsujen määrän.
• Tarkastella vanhinta ja uusinta kutsua suoraan otsikon alapuolelta sekä lähettää niistä muistutuksen.
• Send a manual reminder to signers using the send a reminder button. You can send a reminder at once to all open invitations by selecting remind all, or alternatively only to selected recipients. The reminder is sent only to those persons who have not yet signed the document.
• Select whether to send the reminder by email, sms, or both. Sms reminders are charged the same as the original sms invitations. The price of one sms is € 0.18 (vat 0%). Note that if only an email invitation was selected during the creation phase, a sms reminder cannot be sent later, even if the phone number has been added to the invitee's information. A sms reminder can only be sent if sms was also selected as the invitation method during the creation phase.

If the invitations are set to be sent in order, only the person whose turn it is to sign will receive the reminder. If you want to send a reminder to just one person, you can open the invitation and select the send a reminder button next to the invitee’s name.
