Starting 11 November 2026, Visma Sign will be called Netvisor Sign and will become part of the Netvisor product family. The product family covers key business areas from financial administration and payroll to contracts, customer identification, and projects.
Our company name is also changing: from 1 December 2026, Visma Solutions Oy will become Netvisor Solutions Oy. This name change is a step toward an ecosystem that brings our products, teams, and partners even closer together. We continue to be backed by the familiar Visma.
What will not change?
The service will work just as before. The new name and logo will be visible in the service starting 11 November. The name change will not affect existing agreements.
Your login credentials will remain the same, and you can log in to the service normally. You can also reach our customer support through the familiar channels.
The name change will not affect APIs or existing integrations.
What do you need to do?
Update the new name in your supplier register
The new company name, Netvisor Solutions Oy, will appear on invoices and agreements starting 1 December 2026. We recommend updating it in your supplier register.
No other details need to be changed. The Business ID, e-invoicing address, and bank details remain unchanged.
Add the new sender address to your safe senders list
Starting in January, our newsletters and important announcements will be sent from addresses ending in @info.netvisorsolutions.com (previously @info.vismasolutions.com).
If you use email filter rules or a safe senders (allow) list, please update them with the new address. You can also add us to your contacts. The messages are authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks.
How to recognize genuine messages from us
Name changes can present an opportunity for scammers, as a fraudulent message or invoice sent under a new name might look authentic. Please note the following:
We will never ask you to change bank or payment details via email. If an account number change is requested citing the name change, the message is not from us.
A genuine invoice will always feature the exact same bank details as before.
Check the sender address carefully; fraudulent addresses may mimic legitimate ones with subtle alterations, such as an extra hyphen or a single substituted letter.
If a message seems suspicious, do not click on any links. Log in to the service the usual way and report the message to our customer service.
