As an admin, you can define in your company settings whether strong authentication or light signature is required by default and whether it is possible to select which signature is used when creating invitations.
You can open the settings by selecting Settings > Organization info > Invitation settings > Edit.
Edit allowed signatures and the default signature type as follows:
- Open Settings > Organization info > Invitation settings > Edit.
- Make the following menu selections:
- Allowed signature types: This option defines whether your company documents can be signed with strong authentication, light signature, or whether signing is allowed with both options.
- Default signature type: This option defines which setting is enabled by default when creating invitations.
