You can participate in community discussions, follow community messages and sections, and track your support requests when you register on the Visma Sign support pages. Registration is quick. Open the support pages at: https://support.vismasign.fi/en/support/home and click Sign up from the top of the page.
Click the button "Sign up with us" from the right side of the page
Enter your name and email address, click I am not a robot and finally click Register.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration in your browser.
Log into your email and open the email sent by Visma Sign support pages. Complete the registration by clicking the link in the email. This will allow you to set your password.
Email is already in use
If you have already been in contact with Visma Sign support using your email, you might encounter the above error, even if you have never logged into the support pages. You can activate your user account on the support pages by returning to the previous page and clicking Forgot your password?. You will then receive an email, which instructions you can follow to set a new password.
