At the moment, it is not yet possible to  download or delete multiple documents at once in Visma Sign. Future improvements to document management in Visma Sign are in the planning, but there is not yet a specific timeframe for these functionalities.

For now, documents can only be deleted and downloaded one document at a time.

For company accounts registered after 19 October 2023, documents can be deleted by searching for the desired document in the Documents view, clicking on the document name and selecting Delete Document from the three dots in the top right corner of the page. To download a document, follow these instructions.

If your account was created before 19 October 2023, you still have our old archive in use and you can find instructions for deletion here. Documents can be downloaded from the Documents view via the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the invitation by selecting Download PDF.
