Publishing the form

In this step, you review the form details and publish it for use.

1. Check the system's automatic validation. If errors occur, a warning icon will appear on the step icons along with an error summary at the top of the page. Click the error link to go directly to the field that needs correction.

2. Click Publish and confirm in the pop-up window.

3. After publishing, you can copy the following from the page:

• Link to published form: Direct URL for fillers.
• Embed code: iframe code to embed the form on your own website.

If needed, you can unpublish the form by clicking Unpublish.
