Received invitations folder

In the Received invitations section, you can see all your open invitations that have been sent to the email address you use as your username. You can see the document name, sender, and any expiry date.

You can proceed to sign the document by selecting sign on the right side of the invitation row. After signing, you can directly return to the Received invitations page with a button, allowing you to quickly sign multiple invitations. Once you have signed one document with strong authentication, you do not need to authenticate again when signing subsequent documents during the same session.

The Received invitations section is personal, not organization-specific. You can see all invitations addressed to you regardless of whether you are in private view or organization account view. Remember to change your role from the top corner menu to the correct one when continuing to use the service, for example, to send signature invitations.

If the Received invitations folder shows the text "You need to confirm your email address to see your received invitations," but you cannot find the email with the link to confirm your email, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your personal account via the role menu in the top right corner using the "Use as private person" button.

2. Click "My information" and select "Edit contact information."

3. Add a temporary email address and click "Save."

4. Return to the edit page and add your desired email address.

5. Confirm your email address using the confirmation message sent to your email.

What are the benefits of the Received invitations view?

• You can see at a glance all open invitations and agreements waiting for your signature.
• You do not need to open the invitation link received via email/sms, as you can access the invitation directly through this view.
• You can sign multiple documents during the same session, requiring authentication only for the first invitation. The rest can be signed faster without re-authentication.
