You can add keywords to the document via the archive from the Document details page under Additional contract information.


The Add Keyword field allows you to retrieve previously created keywords and either add a previously created keyword to the document, or create a completely new keyword.


To delete a keyword from the document data, click on the check mark next to the keyword you want to delete from the same view.
