Every Visma Sign user can select their own user interface language. When a user receives an invitation as a user for the company, the invitation’s language will determine in which language the user interface will be shown when logging in. However, users can change the language from the menu at the bottom of the screen. The language remains the same even if you log out of the service.

Signers can also change the user interface language the same way, regardless of the language in which the invitation was sent. Changing the language will not affect the document’s signatures.

Signers can also use a different language in the user interface than the language of the country providing the authentication tool. For example, Finnish bank IDs can be used together with an English-language Visma Sign interface, or Norwegian bank IDs together with a Danish user interface.
