The person's name always comes directly from the authentication channel into Visma Sign in the form it appears at the top. First, I recommend checking that your new name has already been updated in your authentication channel (bank or telecom operator).

Once the name is correct in the authentication channel, it will be updated in Visma Sign when you log in again via registration. So you should go to https://sign.visma.net/en/register, register again as an private person and then log in. The service will remember your login details, and also link you to your possible company account. Any old settings, rights and documents will not be lost.

Since registration is done through authentication, you cannot have two users with the same authentication. Therefore, the registration can be done again and the service will recognise the old user. In this way, Visma Sign will also retrieve your name from the authentication channel and it will be updated in your Visma Sign account.
