Always start by confirming in the role menu at the top right corner that you are logged into the correct account. On a company’s Visma Sign account, the user sees in the Documents section (center of the page) only those documents they have access rights to. Documents can be searched from the archive either by folder or by using search criteria. 

If a document cannot be found, the reason may be one of the following:

  • One of the users has deleted the document from the company account.

  • The user’s permissions have been changed or the document’s folder location has been moved, meaning the user may no longer have access rights to the folder containing the document.

  • The user is logged into the personal view. In this case, the user can switch back to the company account via the role menu at the top right corner.
