You can now add keywords to the documents in your archive to make it easier to find them.
From the Documents view, click on the document you want to view, and scroll down the page until you reach the Contract Details. You can add a keyword by clicking on the Edit button.
The Add keyword field allows you to retrieve previously created keywords and either use the old keyword or add a completely new one:
To delete a keyword from the document details, click on the check mark next to the keyword to be deleted from the same view.
Tip! Using keywords, it is possible to classify documents belonging to a specific project, for example by project number, making it easier to find documents related to that project in the archive.
